Cooler® - Diamond Cutting Systems
Diamond Cutting Systems with vacuuming are an adequate alternative to Diamond Wet Drilling in masonry and soft abrasive materials.
The Diamond Bit System provides a lot of application possibilities.
The rational and eco-beneficial Diamond Drilling Bit Technology for vibration-free operations of old building rehabilitation.
No water – no dust – no vibration – less noise.
Bit diameter of 30 mm to 305 mm in masonry consisting of aerated concrete, lime sandstone, brickwork, poroton and lots of other materials.
The centre of the system is the bayonet quick clamping coupling.
By using the procedure of dry drilling for masonry, fragments reach the ends of the diamond drilling bits by suction and plug the vacuum channels.
Without additional auxiliary tools, only manual, the diamond bit can be detached and assembled after coring.
The Diamond Dry Cutting System is a building set. You will be able to assort a complete drilling equipment with only a few basic elements.
In any rate the diamond bits fit into the vacuum rotor and the system extensions are independent of the diameter and usable length.
